WEEKEND WEDDING RATE - $4500

​

-$1500 deposit to secure your desired date (non-refundable)

-$3000 due 30 days before event

-Includes: Security, bartenders/staff,  suite access, tables & chairs for up to 200 total guests

-Access to building and property Thursday (6pm-10pm), Friday (8am-10pm), and Saturday (~7am-11:30pm)

 

**We do allow for you to come back to the facility Sunday morning to retrieve any extra decor/items as long as the building is vacated by 10am. If any of these times are exceeded, you may be subject to loss of part or all of your damage deposit at the discretion of The County Line.

FAQ

 

What is the max seated capacity?

--We can comfortably seat 150-200 total patrons. We have approximately 300 chairs, (36) 8ft rectangular tables, (5) 6ft rectangular tables, and (5) 60in diameter round tables. Chairs are white plastic folding chairs.

Do you offer any decorations, linens, etc.? Are tables and chairs included in the price?

--We do not offer any décor at this time. However, we would be happy to put you in contact with one of our trusted vendors. Archway, tables and chairs are included in all rental options.

What are your rules regarding alcohol?

--We abide by all TABC rules and regulations. We will provide a stocked bar with beer, sodas, and water available for purchase. We do not serve mixed drinks. For mixed drink service, our preferred vendor (see "Vendors" tab) must be used. For specific questions regarding alcohol, please contact us for more information.

Do you only rent the building out for weddings?

--No, we rent out for many things! From birthdays, anniversaries, holiday occasions, reunions, special and private events....the possibilities are nearly endless! **Please note: We DO NOT do birthday parties where the honoree is under 21 years of age and there is alcohol present. No exceptions.

Can we have candles as part of our decorations or ceremony?

--Unfortunately, we DO NOT allow any open flame inside the building. Exceptions may be made for cake candles and ceremony unity candles that are attended and timely extinguished. Sparklers for Exit photos are permitted as long as guests are standing on gravel path and there is no active Burn Ban for McLennan County.

Can I bring my dog (or other pets)? 

--Due to allergies, cleanliness, and overall guest safety, we DO NOT allow any animals except for certified service animals. Guests may be asked to provide proof of certification.

Do you offer any military or first responder discounts?

--Yes! Military veterans, as well as active duty military and first responders (police, fire, EMS) may receive a discounted rate. Please mention this upon inquiry.

Can we rent the venue for additional hours (past 11:30pm)?

--No. The bar closes promptly at 10:30pm. For your last hour of rental, we will provide non-alcoholic drinks free of charge.  All vendors and guests must be out of the building and off the premises by 11:30pm. If the property is not vacated by this time, the renter may be subject to loss of part or all of the damage deposit at the discretion of The County Line. We do allow you to leave vehicles overnight if needed at no charge.

What if I only need/want one day for my wedding? Can it be rented at the daily price for weddings?

--We only offer single day wedding rentals in non-peak season (July-Aug) and only book these rentals 60 days from the date. Due to the many moving parts, requirements, and demands of a wedding, additional charges will occur. The half and single day pricing (shown below) is shown as base pricing and does not include the extra access and amenities included in the Weekend Package price.

Half and Full Day Rentals

 

-Half day, starting at $500:

6 hour rental time beginning at renter's choosing, not to exceed 11:30pm. Decorating and Pick Up must be completed in this time frame. No early entry or delayed exit.

 

-Full day, starting at $1000:

8am-11:30pm day of event. Decorating and Pick Up must be completed in this time frame.  No early entry or delayed exit.
