Note: Though our mailing address is in Abbott, we are physically located in McLennan County, just outside West, TX.

Weekend Wedding Package – $5,000

Includes:

  • Access to venue & property:

    • Thursday: 6:00pm–10:00pm

    • Friday: 8:00am–10:00pm

    • Saturday: ~7:00am–11:30pm

  • Security, bartenders, and on-site staff

  • Suite access for wedding party

  • Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests

Payment Details:

  • $1,500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date

  • $3,500 due 30 days before event

A signed contract and refundable damage deposit are required.
Pricing reflects the 2025 booking season.

💺 What’s your maximum capacity?

We can seat 150–200 guests comfortably.


Available furniture:

  • (36) 8' rectangular tables

  • (5) 6' rectangular tables

  • (5) 60" round tables

  • White plastic folding chairs

The outdoor ceremony site can accommodate up to 200 guests.
If moved indoors due to weather, we can seat ~130 for the ceremony (reception tables used for overflow).

🎀 Are tables, chairs, and decor included?

  • Yes! Tables, chairs, and an outdoor wooden arbor are included.

  • We do not currently offer linens or additional décor but are happy to recommend trusted local vendors.

🍻 What are the alcohol rules?

  • We strictly follow TABC regulations.

  • Our venue provides a stocked bar with beer, sodas, and water for purchase.

  • When the bar is in operation, NO outside alcohol is permitted.

  • For mixed drinks, our preferred vendor (listed under the Vendors tab) must be used.

  • Self-serve alcohol is not allowed (no wine fountains, whiskey bars, margarita machines, etc.).

🎉 Do you host events other than weddings?

Yes! We host birthdays, anniversaries, holiday gatherings, reunions, and more.

  • ❗ We do not allow birthday parties for individuals under 21 if alcohol will be served.

  • ❗ Friday and Saturday half/full day rentals are only available during non-peak months (July & August), or within 60 days of the requested date.

🕯️ Can we use candles or sparklers?

  • Open flames are not allowed inside the building.

  • Unity candles and cake candles are permitted if attended and promptly extinguished.

  • Sparklers are no longer permitted.

🐾 Can we bring our pet?

  • Only certified service animals are allowed.

  • Guests may be required to provide proof of certification.

🎖️ Do you offer discounts for military or first responders?

Yes! We proudly offer a discount to veterans, active military, and first responders (police, fire, EMS).

Please mention this when inquiring.

⏰ Can we extend rental hours past 11:30pm?

Unfortunately, no.

  •  
  • The bar closes at 10:30pm

  • The venue must be vacated by 11:30pm

  • Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks will be provided for the final hour.

  • Vehicles may be left overnight at no charge.

Late departures may result in loss of damage deposit.

💍 Can we book a one-day wedding rental?

Single-day weddings are only available during non-peak months (July & August) or within 60 days of the desired date.

  • Pricing starts at $2,000 for weddings under 100 guests

  • Additional charges apply due to the extended needs of weddings

  • Weekend Package includes far more time, amenities, and staffing

📅 Non-Wedding Rentals

  • Perfect for private events, showers, reunions, and more.

  • Available Friday–Saturday in July & August or within 60 days of the requested date.
  • Available year-round on weekdays and Sundays.

Half-Day Rental – Starting at $500

  • 6 hours (ending no later than 11:30pm)

  • Includes setup and cleanup within rental window

Full-Day Rental – Starting at $1000

  • 8:00am–11:30pm on event day
