FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-Weddings start at $3000. To reserve and guarantee your desired date, a non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event. This price includes bartenders, staff, and security for your event. Your rental time at this rate begins on the Wednesday before your event (6pm-10pm). This also includes use of the building Thursday (8am-10pm), Friday (8am-10pm), and Saturday (~7am-11:30pm). We do allow for you to come back to the facility Sunday morning to retrieve any extra decor/items as long as the building is vacated by 10am. If any of these times are exceeded, you may be subject to loss of part or all of your damage deposit at the discretion of The County Line.
-Half and Full Day Rentals are as follows: Half Day (~5 hours) - $500
Full Day (8am-11:30pm) - $1000
*All rentals will require a signed contract and refundable damage deposit.

What is the max seated capacity?
-We can comfortably seat 150-200 total patrons. Seating is available for up to, but not exceeding, 250 persons. A guest number over 200 may require outdoor seating.
Do you offer any decorations, linens, etc.? Are tables and chairs included in the price?
-We do not offer any décor at this time. However, we would be happy to put you in contact with one of our trusted vendors. Tables and chairs are included in all rental options.
What are your rules regarding alcohol?
-We abide by all TABC rules and regulations. We will provide a stocked bar with beer, sodas, and water available for purchase. For specific questions regarding alcohol, please contact us for more information.
Do you only rent the building out for weddings?
-No, we rent out for many things! From birthdays, anniversaries, holiday occasions, reunions, special and private events....the possibilities are nearly endless!
Can we have candles as part of our decorations or ceremony?
-Unfortunately, we do not allow any open flame inside the building. Exceptions may be made for cake candles and ceremony unity candles that are timely extinguished.
Can we rent the venue for additional hours (past 11:30pm)?
-No. The bar closes at promptly 11:30pm and all guests must be out of the building and off the premises by 12am. If the property is not vacated by this time, the renter may be subject to loss of part or all of the damage deposit at the discretion of The County Line.
